This workshop is designed and taught by local chiropractor and lactation consultant Dr. Kara Rangel.

The class will be taught on Tuesday, August 25th at 2-3pm at our office space (1457 First Street, Livermore).

Learn how to confidently evaluate your baby’s milk intake and recognize when additional support may be needed.

An optional group weighted feed to assess how much milk your baby is transferring.

What you’ll learn:

  • Signs your baby is transferring milk effectively

  • Normal feeding frequency and duration

  • Expected weight gain

  • Wet and dirty diaper output

  • Cluster feeding versus low milk supply

  • Common signs of low milk intake

  • When supplementation may be necessary

  • How to protect and support your milk supply
