Our Sprouts Series is designed for babies to start any time between the ages of 3-6 months old. Note: If your baby was born early, please reach out if you would like some guidance deciding on classes.

One of our primary goals for this series (and really all of them) is to build a strong foundation for connecting with your baby and supporting their development through play.

Throughout the 10 week series you will learn beneficial positions for your baby to play in and how to engage them through developmentally appropriate play and songs.

Each class follows a similar structure:

  • Welcome songs and settling in

  • Music and Movement (developmentally appropriate songs and positions for your baby)

  • Developmental Topic with time to play and practice

  • High’s & Low’s- Time for moms to chat, share, breathe, and give/receive advice

  • Bubbles and Bye bye’s

Developmental topics for Sprouts include:

  • Developmental overview & appropriate toys to introduce into play

    1. Tummy time changes and new floor skills

    2. Cognitive development and ideas for play time
