Sprouts Series Coming Soon

(2/27-5/8/26)

Our Sprouts Series is designed for babies to start when they are between 3-6 months old.

One of our primary goals for this series (and really all of them) is to build a strong foundation for connecting with your baby and supporting their development through play.

Throughout the 10 week series you will learn beneficial positions for your baby and how to engage them through developmentally appropriate play and songs.

Each class follows a similar structure:

  • Welcome songs and settling in

  • Music and Movement (developmentally appropriate songs and positions for your baby)

  • Developmental Topic with time to play and practice

  • High’s & Low’s- Time for moms to chat, share, breathe, and give/receive advice

  • Bubbles and Bye bye’s

Developmental topics for Sprouts include:

  • Developmental overview: Skills your baby is working on & our favorite toys & books for this age (includes a toy/book guide).

  • Tummy time 2.0: Mastering tummy time and building on new movement skills

  • Ideas for play time: Understanding what’s happening in baby’s brain and how to play with your little one in a way that is developmentally appropriate and fun for you too.

  • Sitting 101: How to support your baby to become a good, active sitter.

  • Starting Solids: Everything you need to know to take the stress out of starting and exploring solid foods.

  • Raising a reader: Strategies for reading with your baby to build vocabulary and communication skills

  • Visual development & hand-eye coordination: Supporting baby’s vision and activities for reaching, grasping, and rolling

  • Gestures 101: A huge step towards talking and communication; How to model through daily activities and play

  • Intro to Babyproofing: Signs baby will be on the move soon & creating a “yes” space

Note: We also often try to bring in experts speakers from our community (these have included lactation consultants, sleep consultants, pelvic floor PT’s, etc.).

A Quick Note…

Within each class there will be time and space to play freely with your baby, implementing the strategies from the topics we cover. It is truly our goal that you can take something tangible from each class and become confident in connecting and play with your baby.

We will also save time and space for each mom to share freely what is going well in their motherhood journey, and what might feel like a struggle. We aim to create a brave space where you feel supported and validated.

We can’t wait for you and your baby to join us!
